1st Dive Trip of the Year

Four Waterdog Divers made the trip to Saint Marys to dive with South Georgia Dive Charters.

Water temp was around 65 with viz around 10-15 feet on the first and third dive, 20-25 feet on the second dive.

We took 15 flounder, 10 sheephead, 3 red snapper and 1 gag grouper.

RULES

  1. All Georgia DNR laws must be followed
  2. Diver must stay within recreational dive limits
  3. Weigh-in will be at Waterdog Dive Shop
  4. Fish must be gutted before weighing
  5. Dates for the tournament are 3/1/08-12/31/08
  6. There is no deadline for entry
  7. Hunter may enter tournament at weigh-in
  8. Points will be awarded by fish weight
  9. Hunters will enter one fish in each category
  10. If a hunter brings in a larger fish the larger fish can replace the previous entry
  11. Bonus points will be awarded from the list below

FISH LEGAL FOR ENTRY

1 point for each pound with a max of 20 points per fish

BONUS FINDS

Lobster -50 points (points awarded one time)

Retrieved anchor -50 points for each (anchor must be left at Waterdog Anchor Pile)
